カスタマーエクスペリエンスアソシエイト/ Customer Experience Associate
A multinational technology services company is seeking a Customer Experience Associate, APAC. The selected candidate will manage event operations, coordinate submissions and logistics, and ensure high-quality customer service across APAC markets.
Responsibilities:
- Handle transportation and processing of products across events, shows, and drop-off points
- Partner with operations teams to receive, verify, and process submissions at off-site events
- Coordinate booth setup, travel requirements, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Project manage off-site events and ensure smooth execution during show operations
- Prioritise and manage tasks during live event hours to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate product handling, including manifesting, packing, and secure shipping of collectibles
- Resolve customer issues and escalations across in-person, phone, email, and messaging channels
- Support representatives via internal communication platforms by providing real-time assistance
- Attend and supervise trade shows, including booth setup, breakdown, and customer engagement
- Develop standard operating procedures and contribute to internal knowledge resources
- Prepare monthly performance reports and event summaries with insights and improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, events, or similar environments involving customer-facing coordination
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Possess a valid authorisation to travel
- Professional level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in trade shows, live events, or logistics operations
- Familiarity with collectibles, authentication, or grading industries
