注文管理スペシャリスト/ Order Management Specialist

A renowned IT services and consulting company is looking for an Order Management Specialist. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end order, quote, deal, and contract lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders in line with client SOPs
• Handle enquiries and issues from internal stakeholders with a service-first mindset
• Monitor workflows and drive improvements to order and customer experience
• Support deal bookings and advise sales teams on non-standard contract cases
• Create and manage quotes, ensuring approvals for non-standard terms
• Activate, extend, upgrade, terminate contracts, and generate invoices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 6 -12 months experience in Order Management, Contract, Quotes management or Tech Industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English (B1)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in BPO
• Prior Order Management experience
• Knowledge of Order Management process, Quotes
• Understanding of SAP
