An international energy solutions company is seeking a Customer Connect Centre professional. The selected candidate will provide first-line support for customers, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact and gateway to advanced services
• Provide L1 support to customers and global networks
• Respond efficiently to incoming inquiries via telephone, email, web, and other channels
• Advocate for customers to ensure timely issue resolution and escalation
• Report all activities and allocate inquiries to the appropriate department
• Support customers with online troubleshooting and operational activities
• Participate in 24/7 team availability and follow-up to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines
• Maintain an organised work environment while multitasking
• Uphold core values of safety and integrity in all actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• General knowledge and some special knowledge of GCB/GIS or TR
