カスタマーアカウントスペシャリスト/ Customer Account Specialist

A global advanced-materials company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist. The selected candidate will manage domestic and international orders, coordinate supply chain activities, and ensure accurate and compliant order processing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer activities and order management issues
• Enter orders and data accurately using the SBO system
• Coordinate internal supply chain activities, including delivery dates, pickup arrangements, and customs clearance
• Ensure compliance with chemical import/export regulations, including Dangerous Goods handling, labelling, and documentation
• Partner with sales teams and maintain solid working relationships across departments
• Monitor and implement trends in global trade compliance as it pertains to order management
• Communicate and coordinate operationally with external forwarders

Requirements:

• Prior experience with ERP systems, such as SBO or strong administrative data entry skills
• Experience in Dangerous Goods handling or willingness to learn through OJT
• Strong commitment to following established processes and operational manuals
• Proficient in English and Japanese
