カスタマーサービスリーダー/ Customer Service Leader
An international healthcare solutions company is looking for a Customer Service Leader. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end customer issue resolution across billing, collections, and dispute management while driving operational transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer issue resolution from billing to collections and dispute management with full accountability for performance and strategy
- Manage and develop a mixed team of employees, contract workers, and outsourced resources at scale
- Build senior stakeholder relationships across healthcare and dental industry customers
- Deploy global process frameworks and lead change and transformation initiatives
- Drive performance across Days Sales Outstanding, dispute cycle time, and overdue payments
- Influence customer experience across a large client base through strategic leadership and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performance teams
- Proficient in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and tools such as Salesforce
- Fluent level English; professional level Japanese
Preferred requirements:
- Possess valid Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management certifications
