CSオペレーションズ/ CS Operations

An international technology company is looking for a CS Operations professional. The selected candidate will manage daily operational tasks, customer support, logistics, and cross-functional coordination. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine operational work and general administrative tasks
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone and provide maintenance support
• Handle after-service operations from repair request receipt to return of repaired units
• Support Sales and R&D teams in operational matters
• Coordinate with headquarters and internal and external stakeholders
• Receive incoming shipments and conduct pre-shipment inspections
• Manage delivery and logistics-related tasks
• Handle phone calls related to operations

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer support
• Experience in B2B operations
• Basic PC skills in MS Office Suite and email
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred requirements:

• Work experience with overseas partners
• Prior experience in Quality Control management
• Experience in creating manuals or documentation
• Proficient in MS Excel (VBA, Automated macro)
• Business level written and verbal English or Chinese
