CX・輸出入担当マネージャー/ CX and Import & Export Manager

A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service and Import & Export Manager. The selected candidate will lead customer service operations and manage import/export processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to company policy in order processing
• Resolve complex import/export issues independently with initiative
• Drive customer experience improvements and lead team to meet targets
• Manage customer inquiries and orders efficiently and professionally
• Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships incorporating market strategies
• Oversee forwarding partners, validate costs, and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IATA Dangerous Goods
• More than 5 years of managerial experience in customer-facing roles and global trading
• Knowledge of global trade regulations and import/export practices
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in chemical industry especially dangerous goods
