An international luxury fashion company is looking for a Japanese Customer Service Advisor. The selected candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and support seamless order and partner experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and telephone
• Provide information regarding products, services, and related questions
• Represent the company to customers and partners with professionalism
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction across all communications
• Support order fulfilment and delivery processes as needed
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service workflow

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of customer service experience in fashion
• Proficient in IT systems, including customer service software and Windows packages
• Knowledgeable of fashion and fashion brands
• Exceed customers' expectations
• Native level Japanese; good level English
