カスタマーサービススペシャリスト/ Customer Service Specialist

A multinational connectivity and sensor solutions company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Energy BU). The selected candidate will manage order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order entry to delivery. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders using SAP in line with company policies
• Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Review customer backlog weekly to meet billing and performance targets
• Collaborate with overseas factories and internal teams to enhance order and delivery efficiency
• Handle customer complaints, claims, returns, and replacements
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company's retention policy
• Communicate with external customers via Service Cloud and support sales-related events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with SAP Sales Distribution / OTC
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
