カスタマーケアスペシャリスト/ Customer Care Specialist

An international medical device company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist. The selected candidate will handle order management, customer inquiries, and process coordination in both English and Japanese.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product information
• Answer phone calls in Japanese and English, providing professional customer service
• Manage and correct EDI orders to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Process customer credits and returns according to company guidelines
• Document product complaints, service requests, and inquiries from customers or Sales
• Route complex technical issues to the appropriate department or personnel
• Issue and manage Return Material Authorisations (RMA) and follow up on open cases
• Ensure accurate order entry for fulfilment and billing
• Contribute to updating work instructions and procedures
• Process parts replenishment orders for the Service Centre and Field Technicians

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 4 years in Customer Care or Customer Service
• Practical experience in ERP systems (SAP)
• Prior Med device or Pharma industry experience is preferred
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level verbal and written Japanese and English
