CSR/SCMリーダー/ CSR/SCM Leader

An international technology and industrial automation company is looking for a CSR/SCM Leader. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales orders, deliveries, and purchase orders
• Manage delivery schedules and monitor logistics for on-time delivery
• Oversee inventory control, demand planning, and product allocation
• Maintain master data for pricing and customers
• Support local sales teams and customers with inquiries and operations
• Collaborate with managers and international supervisors on daily tasks
• Prepare reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct outbound calls to customers and provide excellent service
• Train, guide, and support team members
• Ensure adherence to SOP, company policies, and standards
• Participate in international meetings and contribute to discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain or a related field
• More than 5 years of work experience
• 2-4 years of management experience
• Proven experience in order management, delivery coordination, and inventory control
• Proficient in SAP and Excel
• Business level English
