カスタマーエクセレンススペシャリスト/ Customer Excellence Specialist

A global logistics company is looking for a Marine Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist. The selected candidate will support customer engagement and satisfaction, primarily focusing on air logistics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in collaboration with business development and operational excellence centers
• Strengthen operational relationships with customer contacts through daily interactions and proactive consultation
• Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within pricing guidelines, following up to ensure closure
• Support customer onboarding, ensuring accurate transfer of requirements into company systems alongside initial orders
• Collaborate with finance and revenue care center to adjust credit limits and address any business challenges
• Document, resolve, and analyse complaints and feedback, sharing insights to eliminate root causes
• Create, review, and refine customer reports
• Ensure achievement of financial targets and strategic objectives

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in air logistics is a plus
• Understanding of air logistics operations is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English
