カスタマーサービスエグゼクティブ/ Customer Service Executive
A global transportation services company is looking for a Customer Service Executive. The selected candidate will manage daily bookings, client queries, and event planning while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookings, client queries, and event planning execution
- Engage in active listening to confirm information and resolve client concerns
- Implement solutions for client events and oversee ongoing event priorities
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met in accordance with company standards
- Adhere to processes to deliver the highest quality standards
- Handle client feedback and report findings to the reporting manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Prior experience in travel industry is ideal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Good project management skills
- Proficient in Japanese and English
