HTO (ハイタッチオペレーション) オペレーター/ HTO (High Touch Operation) Operator

A global information technology company is looking for a High Touch Operation (HTO) Operator. The selected candidate will review, edit, and update map data, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal accuracy in collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit map data according to client policies
• Investigate and troubleshoot escalated user issues with engineers
• Provide shadowing opportunities to clients for workflow insights
• Leverage authorised resources to generate optimal responses for map updates
• Adhere to productivity and quality targets as per the SOW
• Meet KPIs set by the team
• Perform calling tasks as required
• Be open to cross-functional roles and training for other workflows

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of work experience
• Practical experience in data analysis and reports is ideal
• Proficient in blind touch typing
• Familiarity with Chrome OS is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
