カスタマーサービスレプレゼンタティブ/ Customer Service Representative

A well-known aluminium production company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative/Order Management. The selected candidate will manage customer relations and order processes. This is a remote setup and long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and mills for order-related issues
• Serve as Single Point Accountability (SPA) for order fulfilment and customer inquiries
• Process orders, input accurate pricing, and track order progress from entry to completion
• Address and resolve customer issues, and expedite requests for order status and lead time
• Coordinate with logistics and 3rd party freight forwarders for import clearance and timely delivery
• Perform inventory movements, generate monthly reports, and assist in general sales administration tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related field
• More than 5 years in customer service, shipping, or logistics
• More than 3 years of experience with Japanese clients
• Familiarity with international trade compliance and regulations; knowledge of trade finance preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
