クライアントサービスマネージャー/ Client Service Manager

A global luxury goods company is seeking a Client Service Manager. The selected candidate will oversee client service operations, drive client loyalty, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define the local market strategy to stimulate client loyalty, drive boutique traffic, and improve sales conversion
• Ensure the execution of Client Service & Experience policies in line with central standards
• Propose and participate in projects to enhance boutique services, including design, flow, and client experience
• Plan and implement projects to improve repair service flow and processes according to Cartier standards
• Oversee and strategically plan the CS network within boutiques, ensuring alignment with repair activities
• Coordinate the International Service Policy, managing pricing, repair policies, and client loyalty initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 8-10 years of customer service experience in retail is ideal
• Experience in high-volume or luxury retail management with team development experience
• Prior SAP experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English
