A global luxury fashion company is seeking a Client Service Advisor. The selected candidate will manage customer communications, support order fulfillment, and contribute to building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and support through email, telephone, live chat, and social media
- Navigate customer orders and logistics using order management systems
- Ensure smooth order fulfilment across e-commerce and other channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client experience and retention
- Develop a deep understanding of company products and collections
- Contribute to driving client experience and turnover across channels
- Maintain high standards of luxury service
- Engage in CRM and clienteling activities to retain digital customers
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of work experience in e-commerce customer service or retail
- Proficient in ticketing systems (Zendesk), CRM, and order management systems (CHQ, WMS)
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English (Korean is a plus)
