A global luxury fashion company is looking for a Client Services Advisor. The selected candidate will provide top-tier customer service, handle order management, and support sales growth through various communication channels. This is a long-term contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and support to customers via email, telephone, live chat, and social media
- Manage customer orders and logistics using the order management system and database
- Ensure smooth fulfilment of orders across channels including e-commerce
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client experience and retention
- Gain detailed knowledge of products and collections to better assist customers
- Contribute to improving client experience and driving turnover through proactive CRM and clienteling efforts
- Maintain high standards of luxury service awareness at all times
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of documented work experience in e-commerce customer service or retail
- Proficient in ticketing systems (Zendesk), CRM, and order management systems (CHQ, WMS)
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English (Korean is a plus)
