A global chemical company is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will manage the Order to Invoice (OTI) cycle, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfil the "Order to Invoice" (OTI) cycle for assigned orders
- Ensure accurate entry, processing, and monitoring of orders following established procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Adhere to processes, procedures, and service level agreements
- Support operational KPIs including order confirmation time and first time-right metrics
- Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, and other partnered functions to resolve CS process-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of order management experience
- Knowledge of import & export processes
- Understanding of using SAP system
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 750+)
