カスタマーサービスマネージャー/ Customer Service Manager

One of the world’s leading fashion companies is looking for a Customer Service Manager. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for supervising an assigned team and handling escalated customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in creating and translating training materials, templates, and internal policies
• Conduct relevant training for team members
• Track the performance of customer service personnel
• Conduct performance analysis and create reports on a regular basis
• Recommend new approaches to improve operations and customer experience
• Assist in defining the company’s customer service strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience as a customer service manager
• Understanding of relevant customer service tools and technologies
• Advanced analytical skills
• Ability to resolve problems and lead teams
• MS Office competency
• Written and verbal Japanese and English proficiency
