One of the world’s leading fashion companies is looking for a Customer Service Manager. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for supervising an assigned team and handling escalated customer complaints.
- Aid in creating and translating training materials, templates, and internal policies
- Conduct relevant training for team members
- Track the performance of customer service personnel
- Conduct performance analysis and create reports on a regular basis
- Recommend new approaches to improve operations and customer experience
- Assist in defining the company’s customer service strategy
- 3+ years of work experience as a customer service manager
- Understanding of relevant customer service tools and technologies
- Advanced analytical skills
- Ability to resolve problems and lead teams
- MS Office competency
- Written and verbal Japanese and English proficiency
