One of the world’s leading luxury goods companies is searching for Client Services Manager. The chosen candidate will be accountable for leading the development of policy and process manuals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, performance management, and training
• Supervise an assigned team
• Manage onboarding, training, and development programs
• Nurture a client-centric culture within the team
• Handle escalation processes
• Track industry and competitive trends as well as best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is ideal
• 5+ years of experience in a call centre or a similar position
• Background in hiring, developing, and retaining a team
• Functional understanding of call centre equipment and software
• MS Office proficiency
• Native level Japanese; business level written and spoken English (TOEIC 800+)
