A globally recognised online travel agency is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. The successful applicant will be accountable for providing exceptional customer service to fulfil the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries
- Support the achievement of KPI targets
- Comprehend and implement business strategies
- Enhance customer service operations
- Define process improvement opportunities
- Complete administrative tasks in the office when required
Requirements:
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Advanced listening and critical thinking skills
- Excellent typing skills (35 words per minute)
- Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts
- Highly proficient in written and verbal Japanese; business level English
