A global provider of robotic automation solutions is looking to hire a Sales Support Senior Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing inside sales, sales support, and customer support operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the support department
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to reach the defined targets
- Coordinate meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
- Collaborate with field marketing colleagues to support lead qualification
- Assess and report on outsourcing partner performance
- Report data in the company’s CRM system
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, sales support, or inside sales team management
- Experience in enterprise software solutions
- Computer proficiency, including proficiency in Salesforce
- Technical expertise
- Understanding of enterprise software architecture and technology is a plus
