A large business intelligence company is searching for Customer Support Staff. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for a variety of support surrounding application usability, content search, risk management, etc.
- Conduct support regarding application usability and customisation; content search, risk management, etc.
- Ensure adherence to case query handling procedures
- Keep good relationships with customers
- Find problems affecting customers and support timely resolutions
- Keep good relationships with other local and overseas teams
- Conduct proper escalation of recurring problems, and areas for improvement
- Promote deep markets and product specialisation via specialised learning pathways
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Understanding of trading, risk management, media, and wealth management
- Native level Japanese; communication proficiency in English
