- Handle customer questions and grievances
- Decide issue priority and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide thorough documentation of the problem-solving process
- Analyse problems and utilise the available debug features to solve them
- Gain understanding of new and existing software features supported by the company
- Identify the proper course of action to finish tasks within the assigned time frame
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Understanding of Database and Excel macros
