A multinational company offering cleaning solutions for industrial customers is now searching for a Customer Service Coordinator APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising customer satisfaction and loyalty through serving as the direct point of contact for customers’ concerns and delivery status.
- Handle all company business in the best interest of both customer and the company by creating value and providing win-win solutions
- Build a long-term relationship with the customers
- With the regional sales representatives, serve customers and grow their territories
- Work with customers, look for opportunities to propose add-on sales of spare parts, accessories, extended service plans, spare part kits etc.
- Review monthly inventory trends and discuss variations with the corporate inventory manager, plan and execute complete physical inventory annually
- Select carriers and schedule pickup from facility, prepare paperwork for domestic and international shipments, update shipment status with customers
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience and accomplishment in customer service or telephone sales
- Knowledge in order processing and administration
- Written and verbal proficiency both in English and Japanese
- Experience with MS Office (specifically Excel) and the internet
- Experience with customer relationship management/customer service systems preferred
