A leading global pharmaceutical company is in search of a Customer Service Specialist with order fulfillment experience. In this role you will execute order fulfillment and logistics operations to support business growth, ensuring a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily order fulfillment operations by ensuring compliance
- Coordinate logistics with 3PL and quality assurance for outbound deliveries
- Drive improvements/optimizations for order to cash (O2C) and logistics
- Maintain master data in the SAP system
- Create compliance-related reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in order fulfillment operations
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a major plus
- Experience using SAP SD module is a major plus
- Native level Japanese; verbal and written English proficiency (especially reading and writing)
