An American medical company is looking for a new Customer Service Professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling customer interactions and managing customer data. This is a great opportunity to work with a globally successful company.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or electronically
- Set up new customer accounts, handle customer order information, and update customer information as well as shipment information in SAP
- Communicate with other departments to match customers with relevant service engineers
- Perform support roles such as ordering office supplies, invoicing, inventory counts, internal audits, arrangement of key product supply with planners, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or similar role
- Understanding of telephone etiquette and customer service principles
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of standard administrative and logistics practices
- Native level Japanese is required; English is a plus
