A global IT technology provider is seeking a Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients and resolving any issues, following the principles of SLA.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email and through other means
- Ensure that all client-facing communications adhere to SLA
- Manage quality scores
- Resolve client issues in accordance with SLA
- Ability to meet SLA requirements, customer requests and the quality standard
- Business level verbal and written proficiency in English
