オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

An international consumer goods company is looking for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee logistics operations, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning to ensure efficient and compliant business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop external logistics service providers
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Monitor logistics service quality, costs, and operational performance
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning processes in Japan
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics teams, and external service providers
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
• Plan and secure product supply to meet customer demand
• Manage inventory levels to optimise service levels and costs
• Lead international logistics initiatives and process improvement projects
• Ensure products comply with applicable regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or related field
• Experience in demand and supply planning and logistics operations
• Knowledge of product regulations and compliance frameworks
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
