A global logistics company is looking for an Ocean Operations Clerk. The selected candidate will manage ocean freight operations, coordinate pricing and capacity, maintain compliance and accuracy, and support smooth day-to-day shipment execution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee ocean freight operations for efficient execution
• Follow standard operating procedures while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure operational control and compliance with internal standards
• Monitor service quality and maintain strong operational performance
• Negotiate rates and space allocation with carriers and agents
• Prepare spot pricing, respond to RFQs, and create quotations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in freight forwarding or logistics is ideal
• More than 3 years of logistics or freight forwarding experience
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
