業務スタッフ/ Wearable Operations Staff

A Wearables Operation Staff role is now open in a global luxury eyewear company. The selected candidate will manage after-sales and logistics for wearable products, ensuring smooth returns, repairs, stock monitoring, and global team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage after-sales processes for wearable products
• Perform basic functional and software checks on returned items
• Support logistics flows for returns, including inbound handling and outbound shipments to customers or APAC logistics hubs
• Support FIFO management and proactively flag potential obsolescence risks
• Monitor stock levels and alert other teams on potential shortage/excess by item or sales channel
• Prepare and maintain reporting related to wearable after-sales and logistics performance
• Support activities related to product traceability
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on RFID tracking when required, acting as the point of contact with the logistics team in China
• Collaborate with other Operations departments globally

Requirements:

• Skilled in MS Excel
• Strong interest in the manufacturing, structure, and quality of eyewear, as well as industrial and fashion products
• Proficient in Japanese and English
