施設・EHS・セキュリティマネージャー/ Facility, EHS and Security Manager

A renowned pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for a Facility, EHS and Security Manager. The selected candidate will lead facility operations, compliance, validation, engineering projects, and site-wide EHS programs while strengthening safety, quality, and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead facility, utilities, validation, and continuous improvement activities while managing team priorities and daily execution
• Develop the site master plan, oversee facility upgrades, and support equipment specifications, cost estimates, and permit approvals
• Drive validation programs and provide technical support for design reviews, testing, engineering studies, and investigations
• Coordinate facility, utility, packaging, cleaning, process, and computer system projects to meet timelines and business commitments
• Train and develop engineers, support performance reviews, and maintain relevant quality system effectiveness
• Lead site EHS and security compliance by managing risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, emergency planning, contractor control, and safety committee activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
• More than 10 years of experience in engineering/engineering management (pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated work environment is ideal)
• Experience in cGMP/FDA regulations
• Prior experience in regulatory audits
• Proven experience in handling and responding to customer complaints and inquiries
• Strong PC skills
• Proficient in reading, spoken, and written English
