受発注・納品管理担当/ Ordering and Delivery Management

A global eCommerce company is looking for an Ordering and Delivery Management professional. The selected candidate will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, drive cost reduction, and oversee organisation-wide order and delivery management.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with multiple business partners
• Negotiate and align with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements
• Promote process standardisation and simplification to boost productivity
• Oversee organisation-wide order and delivery date management
• Manage and develop the operational structure to ensure stable execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an English-speaking country
• More than 2 years of experience in ordering and delivery management at a business company
• More than 1 year of experience managing subordinates
• Understanding of the daily necessities retail industry and eCommerce
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)
