サービスプランナー/ Service Planner

A global technology company is looking for a Service Planner. The selected candidate will manage service orders, contracts, parts coordination, and customer communication while supporting service operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service orders, quotations, and scheduling using the service management system
• Administer service and maintenance contracts, including renewals and documentation control
• Coordinate service parts, materials, shipments, and inventory status including urgent requests
• Handle customer inquiries and first-level complaints with professional and timely communication
• Support field service engineers with reports, records, and overseas coordination assistance
• Drive process improvements, support ISO activities, and maintain safety and master data

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in sales administration or service operations / service
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using SFDC, ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Prior administrative experience in manufacturing or B2B environments
