地域マネージャー/ Regional Manager

A multinational technology company is looking for a Regional Manager. The selected candidate will lead and develop a high-performing team while optimising operational efficiency, ensuring quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop actionable recommendations to improve operational productivity, quality, and accuracy
• Optimise workflow and rostering to achieve SLA goals while maintaining quality standards
• Review team performance metrics to identify areas for knowledge, process, and system improvement
• Collaborate with the Knowledge team to address skill gaps and enforce authentication policies and SOPs
• Coordinate with CX and BD teams to monitor and manage high-risk customers
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with global teams across multiple time zones
• Align with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the luxury fashion or resale industry with a focus on authentication or assessment of luxury items.
• More than 5 years in leadership roles, managing diverse teams across different backgrounds
• Experience in luxury fashion or resale industry, preferably in authentication or assessment of luxury items
• Proven experience managing remote teams efficiently
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proficient in English and Japanese
