航空運航マネージャー/ Air Operations Manager

A multinational air cargo and logistics company is looking for an Air Operations Manager. The selected candidate will plan and manage flight load operations, optimise revenue, and lead the operations team to achieve service and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and control load plans for designated flights
• Optimise corporate revenue through balanced freight and express product loads
• Manage air cargo system operations and implement multimodal transportation concepts
• Oversee pricing desk and gateway arrangements
• Select, train, and motivate operations staff while managing the annual operating budget
• Monitor flight load plans and terminal traffic to maximise aircraft space utilisation
• Determine space allocations based on local market demand and yield contributions
• Maintain communication with customers and airlines to ensure service levels
• Assist senior management in implementing traffic service requirements and issues
• Ensure compliance with system allocation policies and operational procedures
• Implement risk management plans and support service improvements and strategy development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of professional experience in line haul, hub, or ground operations
• More than 2 years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience coordinating air transport operations
• Knowledge of MLIT regulations and requirements
• Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
