オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

A renowned technology solutions company is looking for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee commercial operations, inventory, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient business processes. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end estimates and purchase order operations with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to streamline PO workflows and manage internal commercial processes
• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate with outsourcing partners for timely replenishment
• Maintain commercial documentation, including forecasts, delivery schedules, acceptance records, and invoicing
• Administer commercial systems such as ZoHo, JustDB, 365, and SanSan, ensuring data integrity and system optimisation
• Track and manage accounts receivable collections with Finance to ensure timely payments
• Liaise across departments to support commercial activities and process improvements
• Provide regular reports and performance insights to senior leadership to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven experience in commercial operations, sales administration, or business management
• Proficient in using commercial management systems and data tools
• Professional level Japanese and English
