アシスタントオペレーションマネージャー/ Operation Assistant Manager

A global wellness company is seeking an Operation Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will oversee demand planning, order fulfillment, inventory, and cost management to ensure smooth operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to develop accurate sales and inventory forecasts
• Oversee supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory teams for product launches and compliance
• Manage inventory levels to balance demand and prevent excess or shortage
• Supervise 3PL performance and warehouse KPIs to enhance operational efficiency
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of processes and flowcharts
• Skilled in communicating via email, phone, and in-person
• Proficient in written and spoken English; professional level Japanese
