上級オペレーションマネージャー/ Senior Operations Manager

A global eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager (Logistics). The selected candidate will lead delivery station operations, driving performance, safety, quality, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery station operations, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Drive process improvements, lean initiatives, and operational excellence
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers, monitor performance, and provide feedback
• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent while fostering team engagement and culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience in operations (supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, etc.)
• Experience in leading or managing a team of more than 10 people
• Prior experience leading a rapid expansion plan is ideal
• Proven experience in delivering multi programs on time is a plus
• Business level English
