シニアディレクター オペレーションズ/ Senior Director Operations

A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Senior Director of Operations. The selected candidate will develop and execute operational strategies that align with global business objectives, driving efficiency, service excellence, and sustainable growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies aligned with global and regional business goals
• Oversee operations, including materials planning, purchasing, sales operations, logistics, and customer service
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, IT, and Marketing to ensure business alignment and execution
• Manage sales orders, materials requirements, and purchase orders to support commercial needs
• Supervise custom club assembly and service centre operations to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
• Oversee 3PL logistics providers to ensure efficient inbound and outbound freight management
• Lead business performance management by setting and monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and mentor a team of over 40 members, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 15 years of experience in materials management, order management, supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or related fields
• More than 10 years of overall work experience in the consumer goods industry (B2B, B2C) preferred
• More than 10 years of experience in managing multiple functions and reporting lines in Supply Chain
• Skilled in supply chain systems and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of production processes, ERP, POS, and WMS systems
• Financial acumen including P&L and cash flow management
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
