プランニングマネージャー/ Planning Manager

A multinational FMCG company is looking for a Planning Manager. The selected candidate will lead demand planning, drive IBPM processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise forecasting and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical analysis and market trends
• Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure agile forecasting and cycle activity implementation
• Provide volume assumptions for business case evaluations
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning Hub to manage inventory and mitigate stockout risks
• Drive monthly market share and volume performance reviews, presenting scenarios and recommendations
• Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to support forecasting and business planning
• Ensure accurate reporting of market share, industry data, and key competitor insights
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Commercial Finance (FMCG industry preferred)
• Experience with planning and reporting systems (SAP BPC, SAP APO, and Kinaxis)
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, S&OP, and business planning
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English and Japanese
