Responsibilities:

• Oversee the BPO Operations Centre to ensure smooth daily operations and handle escalations
• Train and mentor operations centre agents to align with business objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalations
• Process and ensure data accuracy for various business partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational challenges
• Lead initiatives to optimise processes and improve customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in operations or a related field
• Proven experience in vendor management and tactical execution for operational improvements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage data systems and collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues
• Native level Japanese; business level English
