オペレーションスペシャリスト/ Operations Specialist

A renowned company in the food and eCommerce industry is looking for an Operations Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee order and inventory management, partner relations, and documentation handling.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor outbound and inbound order data, collaborating with internal teams and 3PL partners
• Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock outs for efficient inventory control
• Manage warehouse and carrier partners, holding regular review meetings and improving processes
• Prepare export shipping documents and packing instructions for smooth deliveries
• Handle document and information requests from the US and Tokyo branches, providing timely responses
• Maintain and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Previous experience as an Operations Associate or in a similar role
• Experience in operations, procurement, or a related field
• Understanding of inventory management, shipping processes, and supplier negotiations
• Knowledge of using tools (G-Suite, Slack, and Shopify)
• Skilled in order processing and data management
• Proficient in Japanese and English
