トレードコンプライアンスマネージャー/ Trade Compliance Manager

A global telecommunications company is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager. This role involves overseeing import/export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving trade compliance initiatives across Japan and APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Japan import/export operations, including FTA, customs valuation, and export control classification
• Lead and implement Japan AEO projects and trade compliance ICP elements
• Supervise import/export activities to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with business groups to identify compliance risks and plan shipments in Japan and Oceania
• Collect, manage, and analyse trade compliance KPIs to drive improvements and efficiencies
• Maintain and develop networks with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in export control, customs classification, FTA, and related fields
• Overseas experience preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
