アシスタントマネージャー/ Assistant Manager

A world leader in logistics services is searching for an Assistant Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing operations in distribution centres.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and P&L
• Drive initiatives to improve services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve client expectations
• Lead a successful project execution
• Review client feedback and address operational problems
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and legal requirements

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in contract logistics or distribution centre operations
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Competent in MS Office and warehouse management system
• Japanese and English proficiency (Chinese proficiency is desired)
