倉庫オペレーション/ Warehouse Operation

A Warehouse Operation role is now open in a renowned international leader in heavy machinery. The selected applicant will take charge of the entire logistics operation for three business units within a new facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire logistics of spare parts for all three business units
• Ensure quality control by visually checking and counting parts upon arrival
• Store parts in assigned locations while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Pick up, package, and ship parts to partners and customers
• Perform periodic inventory checks
• Assist in moving materials and products within the facility

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• More than 2 years of experience in warehouse or an automotive or machinery workshop
• Basic understanding of heavy equipment and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficient in MS Office or related software programs
• Ability to quickly learn how to unload and load spare parts, from small ones to large ones, using a forklift or small crane

• Possess a valid driver’s licence; Ōgata (大型) driver’s license is advantageous
• Fluent level Japanese; basic level verbal English is preferred
