リスクマネージャー/ Risk Manager

A multinational e-commerce company is searching for a Risk Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supporting compliance requirements for product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance requirements for product launch operations across Japan and the APAC region
• Collaborate with key teams to establish and implement processes against established policies
• Provide accurate product risk assessments and classifications for internal business units and outside service providers
• Work with internal technology teams to develop creative compliance business processes that scale
• Manage competing perspectives of stakeholders to drive conformity
• Provide guidance to business and legal teams on product safety and compliance complexities
• Engage with local regulatory agencies on technical, safety, and compliance topics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 4 years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
• More than 3 years of experience in program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements is preferred
• Experience with regulatory filings and reports or equivalent
• Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials is advantageous
• Experience with SQL and Excel is desirable
• Proficient in Japanese and English
