eコマース業務/ eCommerce Operations

A global insurance solutions company is looking for an eCommerce Operations professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end marketplace operations across order fulfillment, inventory control, product listing, pricing, promotions, customer support, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, shipment coordination, backorders, and inventory replenishment across sales channels
• Maintain and optimise product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, FAQs, and policy pages across eCommerce platforms
• Support promotional campaigns, sales events, bundles, coupons, and marketplace advertising operations
• Monitor competitor pricing, analyse marketplace trends, and execute price updates to protect margins and profitability
• Handle escalated customer concerns, returns, exchanges, review responses, and customer feedback tracking
• Track e-commerce KPIs, support daily store operations, and assist with platform launches and process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience with routine data operations (CSV handling, data uploads)
• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory systems
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in eCommerce operations or customer service
• Prior experience working with marketplaces
• Proven experience handling order and inventory data across multiple systems (WMS/OMS such as Next Engine)
• Background analysing sales or customer data
• Understanding of smartphones, tablets, or consumer electronics
