ECリード/ EC Lead

A renowned wellness products manufacturer is looking for an EC Lead. The selected candidate will drive the Amazon.jp business, manage distributor relationships, and shape the eCommerce growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage amazon.jp business, including sales planning, operations, catalogue optimisation, and promotions
• Lead distributor relationship and oversee amazon.jp activation
• Drive innovation roadmap, deliver successful product launches, and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and analyse eCommerce performance metrics to address challenges and discover opportunities
• Coordinate content implementation with internal teams and ensure alignment across retailers
• Develop and execute Japan eCommerce strategy, expanding into priority retailers

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in eCommerce
• Experience in amazon.jp
• Prior experience executing through Chou Bussan/distributor is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English
